Carm is a winery that is still entirely owned by the same family - Roboredo Madeira - that launched the house back in the mid-17th century. The agricultural operation has always been focused in the region where the Douro River begins its course exclusively in Portuguese territory. This is also where the oldest demarcated wine region begins – the Demarcated Douro and Port Wine Region. The grapes for this wine come from an old vineyard in Quinta da Urze, more than 50 years old and at 650m altitude. It's a field blend, with more than 20 different grapes; the main ones being: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão and Sousão.

This prestigous domaine and family has been producing Champagne for over 500 years. The name of Royal Réserve goes back to the ancestors of the Philipponnat family, vineyard owners, wine-merchants and winemakers, suppliers to Louis XIV, magistrates and Royal Mayors of Ay. Ity's a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier. First press juice of mainly Grand and Premier Crus grapes from the heart of the Champagne wine-growing area. 20 to 30% of reserve wines are aged in wooden barrels using the solera system to incorporate older wines without losing freshness.

Val d’Oca is one of the oldest, leading producers of Prosecco. Their sparkling wines are made with the Glera grape which is cultivated (by hand) and vinified in the hills of Valdobbiadene. The famous Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG was born here, and it is now considered the benchmark for quality in the region. Val d’Oca also produces Prosecco DOC coming from lands in the province of Treviso. Rive is a sub-zone, a quality site that is demarked to distinguish certain areas for Prosecco production.
