Paulaner Hefe Weiss Can

Brewed in Munich, Germany, high in effervescence and low in calories, with a crisp, refreshing fruity flavour. Colour is pale gold. Nice hefe aroma filled with bananas and spice, light yeast. Prost !

Westmalle Dubbel

Brown-amber color, subtle dark-malt aroma balanced by Belgian yeast character. Deeply malty, with a subtle and dry finish that hints at tropical fruit. There are eight Trappist breweries in the world, six of them in Belgium. The Belgium ones are Westmalle, Westvleteren, Chimay, Rochefort, Orval and Achel. No other breweries are entitled by law to apply that name to their product.

Collective Arts Hazy State

This NEISA with 4/1% with oodles and oodles of hops. Amarillo, citra, mosaic and centennial. Intensely fruity with tropical juice, peach and citrus. The light malts don't give much effort in interfering with the hops, and keep th body very light, making this one crushable beer.

Forbidden love
After their initial meet-cute in Vancouver, things soon got serious between Ray Naito and craft beer. Their fast-fermenting relationship took them to Brooklyn and back to B.C. before becoming all-consuming in the budding beer scene in Tokyo, Ray’s home. He broke into the industry in Canada’s west, but deep down, there was trouble brewing. Ray started waking up with regret. The hops were heavenly, the malt was magical but the grain … it was a pain. Ray discovered he was a gluten intolerance.

Ale’s not lost

It took guts (literally), but Ray had to steer clear of beer. However, there is glory to our story. Dedicating himself to brew without the glu, Ray found he didn’t need cereal to keep beer real. Instead of bread, rice and sorghum provided the head. Ray discovered there was life after wheat. Ray and craft beer learned to love again.
