The grapes for this wine are harvested entirely by hand. After a cool soak, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation “sur lees” for 2 months. It's produced from old-vine Monastrell, a fresh, spicy style of rose with classic wild strawberry notes and vibrant acidity. Ideal with tapas, seafood paella or as a patio crusher.
