"Built in 1817, Teaninich is a Highland single malt distillery. It’s quite unique-y really, instead of a mash tun, it uses a filter press to extract the sweet sugars from the malt. There is much mystery surrounding the distillery, so we did as all Boutique-y’s do and went to town on the label - see below.
The Label
Based on a true love story from many years ago about Captain Hugh Munro (founder of this distillery). He was shot in the head behind his eyes but, he survived! Unsurprisingly, he lost his eyesight as a result. His sweetheart was forbidden from marrying him due to his condition, so she married someone else. Despite their differing paths, she continued to love him and as her dying wish, visited the church to see him one last time."

"Cognac Sponge Edition No.6 is a Heritage.72 Grande Champagne cognac, one of 180 bottles from a single cask at natural cask strength of 50.2%. If our 1972 Armagnac could be equated to an old Glen Grant, this rather more subtle, fine-boned and complex old Grande Champagne Cognac of similar pedigree could be said to resemble a venerable aged Linkwood or Strathisla. Anyway, all you whisky hoarding grainiacs should stop messing about with whisky (except our bottlings, naturally) and give these Cognacs a spin! Dried fruits, earths, tobacco and rancio with a slender drizzle of honey over the top - there are abundant pleasures to be had with these old spirits."

Meyer is one of BC’s top wineries focusing on small premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Meyer Family Vineyards wines are produced from two main vineyards, the 1.62-hectare “Old Main Road” vineyard on the Naramata Bench and the 6.9-hectare “McLean Creek Road” vineyard in Okanagan Falls. The "Old Block" Pinot Noir is one of the original vineyard plantings from 1994 and is part of the largest block of Pinot Noir at their estate vineyard on McLean Creek Road in Okanagan Falls.

It all began in 2007 with the first five hectares of an old Malbec vineyard that the brothers acquired a few steps from the winery, on Callejón de la Reta. Since then, a path of recovery and revaluation of the history and traditions of an emblematic wine region of Lujan de Cuyo begins: Las Compuertas. Over the years, more hectares were added to the project, today 31, and they baptized this place with the name of their mother, as Finca Victoria. This work seeks to accompany the development of producers in the area who maintain their vineyards with pride in the face of the unstoppable advance of urbanization.

From Warenghem Distillery in Brittany, France. The Armorik Yeun Elez Single Malt Breton Peated is a Peated Breton Single Malt Whisky (see how I changed the order of these words to make myself sound smart?), distilled from peated malted barley imported from Scotland with a spec of 50ppm. Sadly, we only managed to get 50ml bottles of this limited release, not the full size.

We offer you a peated variation of our Armorik single malt : we use Scottish 50 ppm peated malted barley, water from our own source and our artisanal know-how.
