The Leitz EINS-ZWEI-ZERO offers an appealing character with fresh notes of lime and citrus, accompanied by little hints of red apples on an underlying mineral base. The finish is slightly off-dry and relatively long. As we all know, like fat, alcohol is a transporter of flavor, and without it, there needs to be something else to carry those flavors. Residual sugar does the work for this stunning Riesling, though the sugar is nearly eaten up by acidity. It retains its wine-like aromas: fresh apples, orange and tarragon.

The Limbo series from Mikkeller is focused on fruited Non-Alc flemish style beers. The Yuzu line is infused with juice from Yuzu fruits, which is a type of Asian citrus. Definitely a Radler-style beer, but equally as refreshing.
From The Producer
"Flemish Primitive ale brewed with tons of Yuzu for a light, fruity & tart palate!
Mikkeller is the adventurous story of a beer loving Danish math- and physics teacher, who started experimenting with hops, malt and yeast in his small kitchen in Copenhagen and today exports his craft beer to 50 countries around the World. Mikkel Bjergsø’s inventive and constant development of Mikkeller has made him internationally acclaimed as one of the most innovative and cutting-edge brewers and entrepreneurs in the world."
