‘Meikle Tòir‘ (big pursuit) is GlenAllachie's heavily peated Speyside single malt. The Sherry One is a five year old made with malt peated to 35ppm and fermented for a very long 160 hours. The spirit was initially matured in ex-Bourbon Barrels, before finishing in PX and Oloroso Sherry Puncheons. 48%.
