10 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, at 45.8%.
That Boutique-Y Whisky Company seems to have a fixation with placing hooved animals on their labels right now. Whisky from Scotland often gets a deer on the front. Irish Whiskey is denoted by a horse. Canadian Whisky gets a moose. This American Bourbon gets a bison... or is that a buffalo?
Could this Buffalo be a hint, allowing us to Trace the providence of this whiskey? Who knows... Maybe it is actually a red herring.
Producer Description
"Stampeding it’s way straight from Kentucky, here comes TBWC’s American addition to its “Core” range, bearing a 10 year old age statement, and a bison,
"Our 10 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a true reflection of Kentucky tradition, distilled from a classic corn-forward mash bill (77% corn) and aged in deeply charred American oak barrels. Layers of vanilla, dark toffee, and toasted pecans are complemented by warm baking spices and a touch of leather, leading to a velvety, well-rounded finish."

Booker Noe is a bourbon whose namesake was master distiller for Jim Beam for 40 years. It is a 6 to 8 year old bourbon bottled straight from the cask at 60-63% and ranking among the best in the world. First created as a holiday gift for his special friends, Booker's whiskey was so well-received that he decided to make it available to bourbon lovers worldwide; much to the joy of spirit connoisseurs everywhere. Booker's Bourbon delivers a range of intense flavors from oak-tannin and smoky vanilla to lighter tones of mocha and coffee.

This is Knob's Creek's Kentucky Bourbon kicked up a notch, bottled at 60% and from a single cask. Each barrel will vary a little from the next. As each cask is unique, so is the whisky from each. Produced by Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky - the Single Barrel version of Knob Creek is 9 Years of age or older and is bottled at 60% ABV. Like the Knob Creek Small Batch, the Single Barrel version purportedly uses Jim Beam's 'Low Rye" mash bill of about 75% Corn, 13% Rye, and 12% Barley.
