Glenmorangie Signet Reserve
$649.99
Limit 1 Per Customer!
Bottled at 46%, Signet Reserve is a parcel of Glenmorangie's famous Signet, extra matured for 12 months in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Producer Description
"The original Signet came to be when, after years of crafting whiskies acclaimed for their delicate character, our whisky creators began to explore the richer side of Glenmorangie’s flavour profile. For one week each year, the Distillery is dedicated entirely to Signet's creation – and everything else is paused. As the air fills with aromas more familiar in an Italian coffee bar, Signet’s espresso-like spirit is distilled. Aged in bourbon, sherry, and virgin oak casks and balanced by some of our oldest stocks, the whisky develops a depth and complexity that astonished the whisky world when Signet was first released in 2008.
""...Now, by aging Glenmorangie Signet further in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, we are taking that whisky’s hallmark style even deeper into deliciousness. With its notes of chocolate truffles, toffee, fudge, and tiramisu, Signet Reserve offers layers of luxurious decadence, which will be enjoyed by whisky lovers old and new.” - Dr Bill Lumsden, Director of Whisky Creation"

G&M Recollection Rosebank 1991
$3,799.99
This 1991 vintage Rosebank has been bottled as a part of the Recollection Series 3 at 51.2% after 32 years in a First Fill ex-Bourbon Barrel.
Producer Description
"The history of Rosebank Distillery has been directly linked with the Forth & Clyde canal which sits in its shadow. The waterway linked Scotland’s west and east coasts, and therefore its two main cities, Glasgow and Edinburgh. A distillery called Rosebank was operating as early as 1817. From 1840, under the ownership of the Rankine family, Rosebank prospered. The canal, however, became neglected and the distillery eventually closed its doors in 1993. It was reopened under new ownership to great fanfare in 2024. This release, a lost work of art, is one of the oldest and rarest Rosebank single malts ever released."
G&M Recollection North Port 1981
$6,999.99
This Gordon & MacPhail Recollection Series 3 bottling of North Port (aka Brechin) is a 1981 vintage, bottled at 50.9% after maturing 42 years in Refill American Hogshead.
Producer Description
"Single malts featuring the distillery’s original name, Brechin Distillery, are vanishingly rare. Founded in 1820 near Scotland’s east coast by three brothers, David, John and Alexander Guthrie, the distillery stood half a mile from the River Esk. It remained in family ownership for over a century, renamed North Port Distillery, before new owners closed its doors in 1928. It reopened after the Second World War only to fall silent again in 1983, with the site demolished in 1994. Whisky writer, Michael Jackson, described its spirit as ‘dry and fruity’ and this whisky, matured in a Gordon & MacPhail cask, is a forgotten masterpiece that revives the spirit of a bygone age."
