Mouchão is a full, deep coloured wine with its concentration and spiciness of the Alicante Bouschet combined with the elegance of the Trincadeira and a tannic structure which enables the development in bottle for which it is so well known.
This has been the estate's most important label and flagship wine, since it sold its first bottle in 1954, and for which the Herdade has become famous. It is made predominantly from Alicante Bouschet with a small percentage of Trincadeira and vinified in lagares. It is aged in oak and mahogany vats of 5.000 liters capacity for 24 months and only released after further 24 to 36 months in bottle in their air conditioned cellars.

Medium ruby in color, this wine is beautifully aromatic. Juicy red fruit- fresh cherries, strawberries, currant, and a subtle hint of tobacco, black licorice, and pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine may be the most true-to-form Doubleback we have made yet — pure unadulterated elegance, but richness and balance to back it up with an uber long finish. Sandalwood, red rose petal, fine grained tannins — approachable now but will age gracefully for the next two and a half decades. 2016 is proving to be an incredible year in Walla Walla. This will only get better with time, drink now through 2041.22 months in new and second fill French oak barrels and puncheons.

This table saison is light but semi-rustic, made with oats and rye. Fermented with a lightly farmy, but fruity yeast, and hopped to enhance and compliment that fruitiness. One of Four Winds best in my opinion!

From Brouwerij Verhaeghe Vichte, this is THE classic Flanders sour. This Flemish brown has a cider-like tartness with a nice rich, and lightly sweet malty body. Though through and through, this is a funky sour. 6.2% ABV

"Duchesse de Bourgogne” is an West-Flemish red brown ale of mixed fermentation. It is a sweet-fruity ale with a pleasant fresh aftertaste. This ale is brewed with roasted malts and with hops with a low bitterness. After the main fermentation and the lagering , the “Duchesse de Bourgogne” matures further for many months in oak casks. The tannins in the oak give the “Duchesse de Bourgogne” its fruity character. “Duchesse de Bourgogne” has a full, sweet and fresh taste : it is a ruby red jewel of 6.2 % alc. vol., that best is served in a chalice-shaped glass between 8 and 12°C."

Volcan de Mi Tierra takes its name from volcano. The Anejo Cristalino is made from 100% Agave harvested from the Lowlands. It is aged in casks for a t least a year and then filtered to take out the colour and make it a clear tequila once more.

Scarabus is a new single malt from Hunter Laing, the owners of the new Ardnahoe Distillery. The whisky is sourced from an undisclosed Islay distillery, as it will be years until Ardnahoe's whisky comes of age. Launched in May on Islay at Feis Isle 2019. The name of the whisky can be traced back to the 13th century, and means "A rocky place" in Norse. Bottled at 46% without colouring or chill-filtering. Tastes like peated Bunnahabhain.
