Ardbeg Corryvreckan
$154.99
The Corryvreckan started out as a replacement for the Airigh Nam Beist but has become a legend in its own right. The whisky has a unique sweet and spicy twist which blends well with the whisky's peaty maritime backbone. Bottled at 57.1% this whisky is often amongst the highest scoring with whisky critics and reviewers. It gets its sweet and spicy characteristics from the French oak in which some of the vatting is matured.
Marie Courtin Efflorescence Brut 2019
$144.99
A Kensington Wine Market exclusive! The champagnes from Marie-Courtin are truly something special. An ultra-fine, elegant style with amazing freshness. Delicate and racy, yet absolutely unique in style thanks in part to biodynamic viticulture. All her grapes are grown in a single plot of 2.5 hectares, which is also the total size of the domain that Dominique Moreau founded in 2000. Because all her wines come from a single vineyard, she has decided to emphasize the differences in champagnes through vinification. There are wines matured in barrique, amphorae, enamel tanks and one without sulfur. All come from the 2.5 hectares of single vineyard on the Kimmeridge marl soil of the Soden, on the Côte des Bar. Winemaker Dominique Moreau, who named the estate after her grandmother, is a master of purism. Her champagnes are delicate and elegant, yet with underlying power and a high degree of drinking pleasure.
Brut Efflorescence (100% Pinot Noir) is at first rather cool and inward, then explodes on the palate with great intensity. It is a fabulous wine endowed with tons of persistence and sheer energy. The aromas and flavors build towards the rich, generous finish.
Croix des Pins Ventoux Rose
$27.99
Made from a blend of near equal parts Syrah, Vermentino, Cinsault, and Grenache, this vibrant Rosé is full of lime and peach notes along with grapefruit, lychee, and a hint of ginger. The 3 Villages Rosé is perfect for the patio, and can be enjoyed with appetizers, fish, poultry or Asian food.
Located in the foothills of the mythical Mont Ventoux, Château La Croix des Pins is a charming and authentic Provencale Bastide that dates back to the 16th century. The winery's rosé is made from grapes grown in vineyards sheltered from the punishing “Mistral” winds in a natural biosphere reserve classified by UNESCO.
Jasper Crisp Pils 6-pack
$16.99
A medium bodied refreshing pilsner from Jasper brewing. The packaging is to commemorate Parks Canada, and is made to look like the park passes of old! Lightly spicy with a hefty malt base (for a pilsner).
Aberfeldy 21 Year
$124.79
In terms of age statements at least, the 21-year-old sits at the apex of the Aberfeldy family. It's no geriatric, to be sure, but a couple decades in oak has put this one firmly in beautiful, mature whisky territory. If we're being honest though, 40% seems a bit scrawny by today's standards. Despite that wee hangup, it's hard to argue that the flavour isn't spectacular. And if we're continuing with this whole honesty thing, the simple reality is that some whiskies are going to be a bit lighter (read: lower alcohol) but are still absolutely deserving of attention on the merits of intrinsic quality. This is just such a one.

Glup Rosado
$30.99
The rose is a blend of Grenache, Mouvedre, Pais from 100-year-old vines from the Maule Valley. It spends 8 months in old French barrels and sees no stabilization, fining or filtering and relies on wild yeast for fermentation. The Glup wines from the Longavi group represent excellent value.
G&M CC Glentauchers 2000 KWM Cask
$299.99
This whisky was featured on Day 19 of our 2024 KWM Not An Advent Calendar Tastings! You can read more about the whisky here.
Is it a coincidence we bottled two Gordon & MacPhail Glentauchers casks in a year? Yes, but it shouldn't be all that surprising... seeing as they are bottling some of the best whisky from the distillery. This 2000 vintage was matured 23 years in a First Fill Sherry Hogshead. We were blown away by this old-school dumpy, sherried single malt... it's a very cool dram! 55.8%.
Taiheizan Kimoto Junmai Sake
$39.99
Brewed with the brewery’s own Kimono technique; this sake is welcoming and rich with a big, creamy nose of banana and vanilla. Full of flavour, with hints of nuts and a subtle fruitiness.
- Rice polishing rate: 59%
- Alcohol level: 15.2%
- Rice Variety: Miyama Nishiki
Botter Gran Passione Veneto Rosso
$23.99
This Veneto blend of Corvina Rosso and Merlot offers great value. The 2022 vintage offers a core of plush cherry and spiced plums with a hint of vanilla. The grapes are harvested slightly overripe, then de-stemmed and vinified with approximately 15 days of maceration to extract colour and tannin structure. The late harvest gives it a slight Amarone profile minus the 16% punch of alcohol.
