Nikka Coffey Gin
$62.99
Better known for their whisky, Nikka has produced both vodka and gin for the Japanese market for years. The Nikka Coffey Gin, 47%, is their first export gin. The gin is produced from a blend of "rich" and "mellow" spirits in their Coffey still a Miyagikyo Distillery. It is created with traditional gin botanicals (juniper, angelica, coriander, lemon and orange peels), but also zesty and exotic "Japanese citruses: Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shequasar." There are also notes of apple and sansho pepper.
Producer Description
Nikka Coffey Gin's complexity is achieved through the perfect balance between 11 selected botanicals and the silky texture of Coffey distillates. The bright and zesty aroma originating from four kinds of Japanese citruses, Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shequasar, compliments the traditional gin botanicals of juniper berries, angelica, coriander seeds, lemon and orange peels.
There is also a touch of apples, a fruit deeply related to the history of Nikka, followed by pleasantly tangy hints of green Japanese Sansho pepper on the finish.
The Coffey Still is the world’s first patented continuous still invented by Mr. Aeneas Coffey in 1830. The excellence of Nikka's Coffey distillates has been widely recognized through our Coffey Grain and Coffey Malt whiskies. In 2017, a new gin and vodka joined Nikka's Coffey range to further show the uniqueness and beauty of this traditional type of column still - the Coffey Still. These expressions are the integration of Nikka's Coffey Stills, expertise in distilling gin and vodka since the 1960s and blending skills inherited from the founder.
La Kiuva - Rouge de Vallee
$34.84
A blend of 70% Picotendro (local Nebbiolo clone), 30% Gros Vien, Neyret, Cornalin and Fumin.
La Kiuva is a tiny co-op in the Vallée d'Aoste, whose headquarters are in Pied de Ville. It was created in 1975 and its first vintage was 1979. Today, it consists of just 60 growers comprising 25 hectares of vines (18 in DOC) and producing around 8000 cases total. In this way it is more akin to a fine small winery with each grower tending their small plot like in Burgundy with the co-operative's agronomist ensuring the highest quality of viticulture. Most of the grower members farm organically. Kiuva means a bale of chestnut leaves used to feed animals during the winter.
All the vineyards are located between 380 and 500 meters above sea level, with the white and aromatic varieties being planted at the higher levels and the vineyards at the lower levels producing wine with greater structure and body that is aged in wood. The older vineyards are pergola-trained but the newer vineyards are cane-trained along wires. The diurnal difference is greater than in Piemonte, due to the proximity of the Alps and thus the harvest period is prolonged. The higher elevation is also advantageous when there is excessive rain.

Wolfburn Morven is a lightly peated single malt bottled at 46% from the Northernmost mainland distillery in Scotland.
Producer Description
"This lightly peated whisky is made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. The flavour imparted by the smoke is a reflection of Wolfburn’s history – the original 19th Century distillery was largely fired by peat. Gentle distillation is followed by maturation in our purpose-built warehouses. The result is a beautifully smooth and rounded whisky."
Occhipinti II Frappato
$73.99
'Frappato comes from my dream of a girl to make a wine that knew of the earth I work, of the air I breathe, and of my own thoughts. It is sour, sanguine and elegant. It is Vittoria and the Iblei mountains. It is the wine that most resembles me, courageous, original and rebellious. But not only. It has peasant origins, for this reason it loves its roots and the past it carries inside; but, at the same time, it is able to fight to improve itself. He knows refinement without ever forgetting himself.' - Arianna Occhipinti
Meinklang Burgenlandweiss White

A blend of Grüner Veltliner (50%), Welschriesling (40%), and Muskat (10%), this wine is vibrant, easy-drinking, and just delicious. Expect to be swept away by beautiful blossom, citrus, white stone fruit and minerality.
Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Merlot
$59.99
This Merlot is from Moss Wood's second vineyard called Ribbon Vale. They purchased the vineyard in March of 2000. The vineyard was already in production but it did offer a new challenge for Moss Wood in that they had never worked with Merlot before and it ended up being quite different than the other grapes they were used to. Since then they have focused on vineyard management and the way they produce the wine and it's evolved into something special.

$229.99

Producer Description
"This opulent Scotch whisky was patiently perfected in the finest oak casks for 18 long years. Silently slumbering in our on-site warehouses, the spirit underwent continual monitoring until Billy Walker deemed it had reached its pinnacle.
"With enticing aromas of honey and mocha, followed by marzipan and dark cherry tones on the palate, it’s a single malt oozing elegant refinement.

Coca i Fito Garnatxa
$91.99
Born in the heart of Alt Penedès to a family of farmers, brothers Toni and Miquel Coca i Fitó have forged parallel and complementary paths throughout their lives, which ultimately converged in 2006 with the realization of a shared dream: the Coca i Fitó winemaking project. Situated in Montsant, they have 30 hectares of vineyards sprawling across various municipalities, come together with the aim of crafting wines full of soul and identity.
Montsant, like the Priorat, is a remarkably beautiful region with steep mountains that rise more than 3,300 feet above sea level. The climate is harsh: hot summers and bitter winters. The vines are planted directly on the steep hillsides, on what are called "costers" or terraces A truly special and fascinating wine, full of nuances. Made quite traditionally from a severe selection of old-vine Grenache grapes. Clean and clear initial aromas of mature red fruits with local herbs, sweet spices, elegant yet fresh attack, enduring on the palate. Despite being from the 2014 vintage, the wine is still remarkably youthful, displaying the power that can be achieved from old-vine Grenache.
