Meinklang is the quintessence of biodynamic agriculture. The farmstead located in East Austria is comprised of three fields; wine-growing, fruits and agriculture, with a family member specializing in one aspect of the project. They also have a herd of Angus and Aubrac cattle, which provide natural fertilizer for the land, and they are paid tribute to on the Meinklang labels. A blend of Grüner Veltliner (50%), Welschriesling (40%), and Muskat (10%), this wine is vibrant, easy-drinking, and just delicious. Expect to be swept away by beautiful blossom, citrus, white stone fruit and minerality.
