Tenuta Stella Friulano Collio
$52.99
Founded in 2009 by Sergio Stevanato, Tenuta Stella was born from a deep passion for preserving and celebrating Friuli’s indigenous varieties. Situated in Scriò, Dolegna del Collio, the estate’s vineyards climb steep, terraced slopes overlooking breathtaking landscapes. The name “Stella” (Italian for star) reflects both the beauty of its hilltop position and a commitment to excellence that shines through in every bottle. From the beginning, the winery has embraced organic farming and a philosophy rooted in respect for the land. Certified organic since 2016, Tenuta Stella relies on manual vineyard work, solar energy, lightweight bottles, and vegan-friendly winemaking. This commitment ensures that the winery not only produces exceptional wines but also protects the ecosystem and heritage of Collio for future generations.
G4 Reposado Tequila
$86.99
From the Distillery;
"From the highlands of Jalisco, G4 Reposado is a testament to four generations of Camarena craftsmanship, aged six months in used bourbon barrels to achieve a seamless balance of agave purity and refined oak character.
Master Distiller Felipe Camarena produces this Los Altos tequila at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesus Maria, Jalisco, where estate-grown agaves are slow-roasted in stone ovens for 22 hours, crushed using a handmade metal tahona dubbed "Felipestein," and twice-distilled in copper pot stills. A signature 50/50 blend of harvested rainwater and natural spring water ties every batch to its highland terroir.
G4 Reposado shines in a classic Tequila Old Fashioned, where the bourbon barrel aging echoes the cocktail's oak and vanilla notes, and holds its own beautifully in a well-crafted Paloma alongside fresh grapefruit.
Best enjoyed neat or on a single large ice cube to let the agave character breathe; this reposado is made from highland Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco.

$79.99
In the mid eighties Querciabella swiftly rose to prominence as one of Italy’s most forward-thinking wine producers. In a period of bold innovation and expansion, Pepito, a passionate wine connoisseur, planted French varieties and created the groundbreaking Camartina and Batàr. He acquired new vineyards and built a brand new, state-of-the-art cellar to support the estate’s growing ambitions. During this time, Querciabella also looked beyond Chianti Classico toward the untamed beauty of Maremma, planting the seeds for a new chapter in its winemaking journey. Querciabella aspires to be a global beacon in the wine industry, leading with a vision where wine can inspire meaningful change. We strive to innovate with purpose, shaping a lasting legacy of sustainability, prosperity, and positive impact for generations to come.

Flores Picpoul Soleil
$25.99
In the middle of Languedoc’s broad landscape of rich, savory reds and lush, oily whites, there is an island of salty white wine around the town of Pinet, not too far from Montpellier. Picpoul is grape of choice there, favored for its acidity, freshness, and ability to capture a teaspoon of Mediterranean salt in every glass. Les Vignerons de Florensac make this charming Picpoul in the classic style of the region, with a touch of extra lees contact to add some extra heft to the wine. The nose is of salted lemon, orange blossom and peach with granite minerality. The palate offers notes of apple and pear and seabreeze with a strong creamy, leesy note to balance the exuberant acidity. Picpoul is commonly thought of as the Muscadet of the Mediterranean, and it works alongside much of the same menu. Seafood with fins or shells, lighter savory salads, or spicy chicken laab would all be appropriate.
