Nikka has two Single Malt Distilleries in Japan - Yoichi and Miyagikyo. It also has a few different facilities that can make grain whisky. Nikka's Miyagikyo Distillery - under its founder Masataka Taketsuru - was the first place in Japan to have a Coffey/Continuous still installed, back in 1963.

"Nikka The Grain is composed of old Coffey grains (corn and malted barley) and Coffey malts (100% malted barley) from the now closed Nishinomiya distillery, as well as Coffey grains and Coffey malts from Miyagikyo. The finishing touches are added by Barley Grain (malted and unmalted barley) and Barley Grain and Corn & Rye (malted barley, corn, rye), all distilled in pot stills at the Moji and Satsumatsukasa distilleries, which originally specialized in Shochu production. Each spirit was carefully selected from these four sites. Bottled at 48% ABV, Nikka The Grain reveals a creamy texture and complex palette of complementary aromas."

Samsara is a new project from Priorat produced by the team of enologists Eva Escudé, Coca i Fitó and Trossos del Priorat in Gratallops. Samsara is an approachable, modern wine that brings Priorat to the palates of the world. Samsara is made from Garnacha (50%) and Cariñena (35%), with small amounts of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, all of them from the Gratallops and Vilella Alta areas. The vines are 15 to 70 years old! The nose offers aromas of ripe red fruit, tangerine, light balsamic, and delicate spice.The palate is fresh and nervy with ripe supple tannins.

Made from 100% garrut, better known as mataro or mourvedre. Vibertus is located in the Conca de Barbera, at the south-eastern end, inland region of Camp de Tarragona, the central Catalan depression behind the coastal mountain range of Tarragona, 500 metres above sea level. The winemaking process begins in the vineyard with an ecological and environmentally friendly cultivation. On the palate it shows the breeding of an aged wine coming from well matured grapes. There's a voluminous mouthfeel, consistency and structure, velvety texture, all wrapped up in a big core of black fruits.
Vidbertus Elixir

Vidbertus is located in the Spanish region of Conca de Barbera, at the south-eastern, inland region of Camp de Tarragona, the central Catalan depression behind the pre-coastal mountain range of Tarragona. The altitude of the property is 500 metres above sea level. The harvest is done manually and gently to preserve the characteristics of the organically-grown grapes. Trepat is indigenous to the region and is aged in French oak, showing lots of black fruits and some spice. It's ideal with roast and braised meats, duck and other game. The label is made of velvet, presumably to let you know what to expect from this delicious wine.

"We don’t do things like other gin makers. Since 2009, Caorunn Gin has been handcrafted in small batches at Balmenach Distillery in the Speyside region of the Scottish Highlands. How can a gin shine through in a region famous for its whisky? Well, it all starts with a name.
Caorunn {pronounced ‘ka-roon’} is inspired by the Gaelic word for ‘Rowan Berry’. What’s in a name, we hear you ask? The humble rowan berry is one of five unique Celtic botanicals that are at the heart of our gin.
