This small batch "Lluidas Vale" rum from Worthy Park Distillery in Jamaica, was distilled in an iron still before being filled into First Fill ex-Bourbon American oak barrels. The spirit matured for 4 years in Jamaica, and another 3 years in Scotland before bottling at 46%.

"Delicate and complex. Cane, banana, blueberries. Rest & Be Thankful Lluidas Vale 2015 is a 7 year old rum, produced in Jamaica from local molasses. After being distilled in an iron still, the rum was placed in ex-bourbon American oak barrels to benefit from 4 years of tropical aging. Once repatriated to Scotland, the rum continued to age for 3 years."

The spirit was produced by the Clarendon Distillery in Jamaica before being transported to GlenAllachie Distillery in Scotland. It was initially filled into a mix of American and French oak casks before finishing in ex-Meikle Toir (peated GlenAllachie) casks. 46%.

"Produced from the highest quality sugar cane grown in Jamaica, at the heart of the Caribbean, this pot still rum has enjoyed a unique maturation journey, having been fully matured at The GlenAllachie Distillery. The spirit was sourced from Southern Jamaica’s Clarendon
Distillery, which lies on one of the oldest sugar cane plantations on the island and is one of only four producers in the country. Renowned for crafting some of the most flavourful and intense rums in the world, Jamaica has been a hub of rum production since the 17th century.
"For this release, our Master Blender Billy Walker sourced high, medium and low ester spirit. Initially filled to a mixture of American and French oak casks at 86% ABV, the rum was left to mature at each ester level for 30 months. The spirit was then reduced to 69% ABV and re-filled to casks which previously held peated GlenAllachie to add a distinctive twist. Using his half-century of experience, Billy then expertly blended the spirit to craft an expression in which the subtle peat smoke and charred cedar wood notes marry perfectly with the Caribbean jerk and ester-fuelled rum."

This mellow and elegant rum is from a single cask bottled by the Rest & Be Thankful rum company. Distilled at Jamaica's Long Pond distillery in a pot still. ITP stands for Ive Trewlany Pot, this marque represents a lighter weight pot still rum with medium-low esters, and was originally produced by Worthy Park distillery long, long ago.
This underwent both tropical and continental aging in American oak, and bottled at 54.7%

This single cask rum was bottled by the Rest & Be Thankful rum company. This Monymusk (distilled at Clarendon) rum bears the MMW marque, meaning Monymusk Wedderburn, and it's one of the higher ester marques to bear the Monymusk name.
Tropical and continental aged in American oak barrels, and bottled at 52.4%

This single cask Jamaican rum is bottled by Rest & Be Thankful rum company. Distilled at Long Pond, and bears the CRV marque, which is actually not produced anymore. It's a low ester column still rum. Aside from the appreciable age, this finished it's maturation in an ex-Port Charlotte cask.
