Russiz Pinot Bianco

$39.19

The origins of the Felluga family - who own both Marco Felluga and Russiz Superior - dates back 150 years, and six generations later they enjoy a position as one of the benchmark producers of white wine in Italy. The winery follows sustainable viticulture practices and derives all of their electricity from solar panels. Collio is situated in northeast Italy on the border with Slovenia. The Pinot Bianco has a deep straw yellow colour with golden and green hues and expresses ripe apple and flower aromatics. In the mouth, it's silky and round with a lengthy finish.

Tetramythos Sideritis Nature Organic

$32.79

This is a unique, minimal-intervention orange wine from Greece, made from the rare Sideritis grape, known for its distinctive wild herb/floral notes (like mountain tea), citrus, minerality, and slightly tannic, complex profile, reflecting its high-altitude, organic origins with skin contact for a coppery hue and natural fermentation. It's a "natural" wine, meaning minimal intervention, no filtering, and often minimal or no added sulphites, showcasing the grape and terroir.

Ratio Johnson Vineyard Chardonnay

$61.59

Based at the Carlton Winemakers Studio in Carlton, Oregon, Ratio Wines is the personal project of winemaker Anthony King. Ratio makes Willamette Valley Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and distinctive Northwest white wines. This wine has a Chablis-like charm and has aged gracefully into a really lovely, elegant white wine. The 2015 Johnson Vineyard Chardonnay comes from the certified-organic Johnson Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Eric Lemelson owns the vineyard, having purchased it from the Johnson family, who famously farm grass seed across the Willamette Valley. I’ve worked with Johnson Vineyard for years and have come to believe in its potential as a great Chardonnay site.

Dumangin Whisky Bushmills 2014

$101.24

This one says its first maturation was for 6 years in (probably in ex-Bourbon) before a 12-month finish in a Ratafia Champenois Barrel. So...a seven-year-old then, rather than 6? Who knows? Maybe they were short a day or two somewhere in there. Either way, we love Bushmills. Especially when it comes from the indie bottlers.

282 bottles. Natural colour and non-chill filtered. 47.3%

Cecillon Divona Cider 300mL Bottle

$11.04

Johanna Cecillon works with her partner Louis at this small domain, maintaining the orchards, manually harvesting apples and producing cider. The orchards were certified organic 10 years ago by Ecocert and they converted to biodynamic farming 4 years ago, as a gesture of support for the life of the land. The cider is bottled in late April, with natural bubble formation and no added sulphur, as well as being non-carbonated and non-pasteurized. A second fermentation occurs in the bottle. Wild yeasts are necessary to make the natural bubbles, It displays a fruity nose, fine bubbles, light golden colour, slightly dry with caramel and vanilla flavours.

Part of the Last Great Malts series from Bacardi/Dewar's, this 13yr old along with the rest of the Craigellachie official prime-numbered lineup was introduced in 2014.

Producer Description

"Craigellachie 13 Year Old evokes Bonfire Night: aromas of oozing toasted marshmallows, fire-roasted pineapples and baked apples studded with cloves, with the tang of cordite lingering in the background."

Craigellachie 17 Year

$116.99

Craigellachie has some of the best packaging in the biz, no two ways about it. Not only is the branding for their age-stated range straight out of the 1800s, but the whisky in the bottle seems almost as archaic. And we mean that in the best possible way. And those age statements? All prime numbers! So far we've seen a 13, 17, 19, 23, 31 and 51. Love it! Expect a chewy, malty experience from days gone by. A bit more challenging, and meant for the true afficionado.
