Convergent Evolution
$12.69
From the Brewery,
" Convergent Evolution is a 50/50 blend of Spontaneous and Mixed Fermentation beer. For the 2024 vintage, we updated the approach by blending 2- and 4-year-old wine barrels to showcase the depth and complexity of spontaneous fermentation alongside the bright, vibrant character of mixed fermentation. The result is a beer with savoury walnut and leather notes balanced by apricot, pineapple, and citrus, finishing refreshingly with a rich, coating acidity. We hope you like it!

Annex Hell Bent German Lager
$18.99
From the Brewery
"Hell Bent | German Lager 4.5% ABV
We went all in with this one. German malt, German hops, and a pinch of German brewing technique make for a true-to-tradition German Pils. Crisp and balanced with brilliant clarity and a soft golden colour, Hell Bent has the clean, snappy finish you want from a Pils, with just enough character to keep things interesting.
Notes of toasted graham cracker and a woody nuttiness from the Rauchmalt are all brought together by a final hop addition."

From the Brewery,
"Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut and Macadamia Nuts - 15.3% ABV
The season's first imperial stout is darkness made decadent, an elevated, opulent Bounty bar reborn in the abyss. It weaves together stouts aged in bourbon barrels sourced from the prestigious Willett Family Estate, 1792, and Buffalo Trace, layered with mountains of house-toasted macadamia and coconut, which deepen into caramel, bourbon, coffee, dark fruit, and oak. This indulgent, luscious elixir is an unearthly meditation, meant to be sipped slowly and shared. Darkness descends. Accept its warm embrace.

Three Sisters Cabernet Franc
$37.99
We are really excited about these wines, because one of the "Three Sisters", Rebecca Mikulic (nee Lawrence) used to work here at KWM. That and the wines are also delicious! Rebecca and her husband winemaker Matthew Mikulic grow grapes throughout the Okanagan, and have a winery on the Naramata Bench. This Cabernet Franc was macerated and fermented in small lightly pressed lots and aged 18 months in new and neutral American & French oak.
Producer Description
"All the grapes were grown by Earlco Vineyards Ltd. and sourced exclusively from the Naramata Bench. Picked by hand at optimum ripeness. The juice was macerated and fermented in small lots then grapes were lightly pressed. Wine was aged for approximately 18 months in a combination of new and neutral French and American barrels. Full malolactic fermentation occurred during this time and wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered."
