"Modern West Coast IPA
Mosaic, Peacharine, Columbus, Strata. *Collaboration with Breakside Brewery (Portland, OR, USA)
After at least 4 billion years of fandom, we are far beyond hyped to collab with Breakside, one of our favourite U.S. breweries redefining and modernizing West Coast IPAs. Defying the moon’s gravitational pull, we used enough hops to fill the Mariana Trench, with Mosaic, Peacharine, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Strata Hyperboost providing wave after wave of flavour. The ebb and flow of lemon, orange, pineapple, banana, and raspberries eddies into one big dank doobie of liquid OG kush, leaving only smooth sailing. WCIPA has never taste

"Imperial Hazy IPA
Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau. *Collaboration with Brasserie Du Bas Canada (Gatineau, QC)
Collaboration is about trading tricks and pushing boundaries, and for this one, we teamed up with Brasserie du-Bas Canada, to go all in using their preferred Weyermann malt while adopting their dry-hop schedule and rates. Redefining the limits of hop impact, central to our shared vision was @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Citra and Citra Cryo. Together they bend light into a silky smooth coup with notes of kiwi, strawberry, mixed berries, and a hint of diesel, all resting on a swirl of peach soft serve. Don’t let this one slip into your blind spot, it’s a rare opportunity to try a fresh brew in the style of la belle province."
Fruitful Pursuits: Apple 2024
$30.99
From the Brewery
"7.3% ABV — Fruitful Pursuits: Apple 2024 is a blend of 1, 2 & 3 year Mixed and Spontaneous Fermentation barrels. Made working closely with our friends at Uncommon Cider, we used an exciting combination of Ambrosia, Granny Smith and Macintosh apples grown by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. Using the whole fruit highlights the full depth of apple character, resulting in a blend with bright, floral, and ripe apple flavours and aromas, with coating tannins from the skin and tart, drying and juicy acidity, evoking a champagne-esque experience. We hope you like it!."
