The Maligne Range Tekarra
$117.99
From the Distillery
"Named after Mount Tekarra in Jasper National Park, this is a whisky of unique depth, with a bold 48% ABV. It features a unique grain bill inspired by Imperial Porter that uses a masterful selection of malts – superior pale, crystal, dark crystal, chocolate, and midnight wheat. Rooted in the Canadian one-eleventh rule, Tekarra artfully combines malt barley and the unique addition of demerara, creating a cascade of flavours.
Tekarra unveils layers of flavour that suggest fruit and candy notes alongside earthy components. This whisky invites you to indulge in a rich, complex experience and a memorable journey."

3 Fonteinen Pruim Mirabelle
$43.49
From the Producer
"Fonteinen Pruim is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole plums or zwetschgen on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
For this Pruim, we used the old plum variety Belle De Louvain, hand-picked in Limburg, Belgium. Maceration took almost four months and the lambics for both maceration and blending originate from six different barrels and thirteen different brews, of which the oldest brewed end of October 2018. The weighted average age of this fruit blend is almost 22 months. The final proportion of fruit used is 385 grams of plums per litre of Pruim. Almost half of the cereals used originate from the Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambic."

Glenfiddich 16 Year Aston Martin
$171.99
The Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Edition Release No 2 was matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon Barrels, ex-Port Pipes, ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, and wine casks before being finished in ex-Fino Sherry Butts. The result has been bottled at 43% ABV.
Luckily, this bottle was not designed by Adrian Newey, so it should be less prone to breaking down before you cross the finish line.
Producer Description
"Bringing together Glenfiddich's signature fruit-led style with the influence of first-fill bourbon barrels, Port pipes, Oloroso sherry casks, wine casks and a final touch of Fino sherry butts, the whisky unfolds with controlled progression and complexity. Sweetness, richness and structure are carefully layered, allowing each cask to add its own character while remaining in complete balance. The result is a refined and assured single malt, where silken texture, orchard fruit, and elegant oak flow together in perfect harmony."
