Finally, soju is bottled and typically has around 20% alcohol by volume. Good Day is the flagship Soju of Muhak, a Korean distillery established in 1929. Good Day Soju is filtered 10 times and actively infused with oxygen for 72 hours. This unique manufacturing process creates a very smooth and clean-tasting spirit. The fruit sojus are lower in alcohol at about 12%.
