Confluence Pina Punch
$16.99
From the distillery,
"Piña Punch is popping off unapologetically. This is what happens when a pineapple blackberry ready-to-drink cocktail stops trying to behave and just tastes good.
This is an RTD you bring when you want people to ask what you’re drinking. Easy to sip, hard to forget. It drinks like sunshine, finishes clean, and lands somewhere between carefree patio hangs and last-call energy.
It’s like getting a fist bump from a stranger!"
Ferrand Curacao
$44.99
Ferrand's Cry Curacao is made with a base of Brandy and Cognac blended with bitter orange peels and spices.
From The Producer
"Classic cocktails demand classic liqueurs and no liqueur is more classical than the Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao. Crafted in consultation with cocktail historian David Wondrich and based on a 19th century recipe, it is a traditional French “triple sec” – thee separate distillations of spices and the “sec” or bitter, peels of Curacao oranges blended with brandy and Ferrand Cognac. The result is a rich, complex and balanced liqueur that will bring new sophistication to your Punches, Slings, Fizzes and, of course Cocktails. It is also delicious straight up or on ice."
Luxardo Maraschino
$41.99
Though this is not the original Maraschino Liqueur, this was created by Girolamo Luxardo back in 1821. For a long time the city of Zadar, within what is now Croatia, was the main production hub for Maraschino liqueur. This changed during World War II, with the rise to power of Tito in Yugoslavia. In 1945, Luxardo's liqueur factory and headquarters moved from Zadar where it was founded to Torreglia in Italy.
From The Producer
"When Luxardo marasca cherries are harvested at the beginning of every summer, they are put in alcoholic infusion in larch-wood vats together with some leaves and branches of the same trees for up to three years. When ready, both the liquid and the solid parts are distilled in traditional copper pot stills, separating the heart from heads and tails. Only the heart of the distillate is then allowed to mature in ash-wood vats. The last process consists in transforming the distillate in liqueur by adding a simple syrup of water and sugar lowering the ABV to 32%."

Emile Pernot Absinthe Bourgeois
$72.99
Founded in 1890 by Joseph and Fortunat Bourgeois, the distillery had just 2 stills and was very close to the Cousin Florentin distillery (now Guy). If it weren't for the extremely popular advertising poster that attracts the public, Bourgeois would have long been forgotten.
But this motif, on which a cat supposedly drinks absinthe from a glass, has stood the test of time. Incidentally, there was no absinthe in the glass, but milk, as evidenced by a few photographs from the time.
The absinthe from the Pontarlier region, naturally colored green with herbs, lives up to its historical name and fulfills it all the requirements that a discerning connoisseur has of a tasty absinthe. Wormwood and anise are flanked by aromatic herbs, the dense, beautiful cloudiness sets in early, as expected, because Absinthe Bourgerois comes with "only" 55% Abv therefore and is therefore set relatively low for a green absi
