Andrew's Tasting Note
Nose: soft and citric with lots of malt, some honey and some white chocolate; there is a bit of brine and some building creamy undertones.
Palate: soft, sweet, fruity and still very malty with leather and some building dark fruits; the citrus and creamy vanilla notes are still there but with a more European-oak like character(surprising given this is supposedly 100% American oak): proper chocolate and spices.
Finish: is medium long and coating with more malt, fruit, leather and spices.
