Highland Park 30 Year
$3,999.99

Distiller's Tasting Note
Nutmeg | Dark chocolate orange | Aromatic peat smoke | Sticky toffee pudding | Sea salt
Distiller's Description
Maturation in refill Sherry seasoned casks prevents oak from dominating the flavours of the whisky as it would if first-fill casks were used. This allows our robust and oily new make spirit to gently mature over an extended period of time, delivering a full-on aromatic peat flavour with a surprisingly sweet finish.
New York Distilling Dorothy Parker Gin
$41.99
A classic gin & tonic gin from New York Distilling.
Producer Description: "In an age of restless brilliance, Dorothy Parker was a singular sensation. A new Yorker at heart, her national celebrity sprang from her sharp, biting humor and widely quoted quips. Regularly seated at the famed Algonquin Round Table, she occupied the city’s cultural and intellectual center stage. An iconic enthusiast of gin and an unconventional woman, no one could have been a more interesting drinking companion. Dorothy Parker American Gin – a blend of traditional and contemporary botanicals including juniper and elderberries, citrus, cinnamon, and hibiscus – is as delicious in a Gin & Tonic as it is in a Gin Daisy."

This wine combines softness and great complexity, giving enormous length on the palate. Rich stews and red meats would be a very good food pairing for this wine. It is also an excellent digestif.
