Peter Wetzer Kekfrankos
$39.99
"I grew up in a winemaker family and while working in the wine industry I also studied intensively the world of wine. It made me realize the big difference between the wines close to nature and the ones which are influenced by the industry. I want to make special wines which have personality and identity, delicate wines with character influenced by their origin and heritage with traditional grape varieties which translate the sense of place," says Peter Wetzer. As for the wine? The grapes are Kekfrankos, sometimes called Blaufrankisch in other parts of the world, including Canada. This red wine is organic, biodynamic, and will likely appeal to fans of Pinot Noir. It is unfined and unfiltered, and contains no added sulphur. A fascinating red that changes constantly in the glass."
Staete Landt Map Maker Sauvignon Blanc
$22.99
A beautiful example of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, from a very fine producer! "Map Maker Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect example of classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Intensely aromatic with lifted passionfruit, fresh cut grass and citrus grapefruit on the nose. In the mouth exotic flavours such as guave, black currents and elderflower. It has a creamy/limey texture with a lingering mineral finish. Bone dry, crisp and clean with excellent balance and texture," according to the winery team.
Cos Pithos
$61.99
A fascinating red wine from Sicily, from one of the leaders in the natural wine movement. Here's what Robert Parker's Wine Advocate has to say about it: "This wine is famously aged in clay amphora that are buried underground to keep temperature and moisture levels intact. COS was one of the first estates in Sicily to use amphora for aging and refining its wines. It started a trend that has gained much popularity today." Pair with beef or venison.

Peloton de la Muerte Mezcal Espadin
$54.99
Port Askaig 8 Year
$79.99
Peatheads, rejoice! For those searching for a fix of sharp, young peat and bucketloads of billowy smoke, look no further. Port Askaig is a wee ferry port off the east coast of the isle of Islay. Its proximity to two of the island's most unfairly overlooked distilleries should give some sort of clue as to the pedigree of this neat little treat of a dram. Your choices are either Caol Ila or Bunnahabhain, and let's just say the answer rhymes with Caol Ila (Do you know how hard it is to rhyme in Gaelic?!).
If you know the distillery's character you'll immediately be able to see it all over this one. A true value whisky too. 45.8% abv, uncolored and non-chill-filtered.
Cignale IGT
$91.99
92 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate for the 2011 vintage! The review: "As always, the 2011 Cignale is a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot (aged for 24 months in oak). The wine represents a joint venture between vintner Alessandro François and importer Neil Empson, and it has brought lots of attention to Castello di Querceto over the years. This edition shows dark cherry and dark fruit layers with generous spice, cinnamon and grilled herb."
Kahlua 375ml
$19.99
375mL Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
Collective Arts Guava Gose
$4.79
Moderately sour with a light, crackery base, and plenty of fruity guava throughout. Lightly pink in colour and just a hint of salinity on the finish keep this beer refreshing.
