"This is a one-of-a-kind spirit born from an abandoned distilling project. Rather than letting the exceptional liquid go to waste, Spirit for Us saw its potential. Agave wine was shipped to Ontario, where it was distilled and aged entirely within Canada. Though it cannot legally be called Tequila, this spirit offers the quality and complexity of a premium aged expression, delivered with a unique Canadian provenance."

"As we didn’t purchase this barrel direct from the distillery, we’re not using their name on the label.
