Nose: Warm & Spicy. Aroma of cinnamon, rich baking spices, cedar, ginger and a pleasant layer of vanilla.
Palate: Intense & Complex. An immediate hit of cinnamon candies, followed by nutmeg and prominent winter spices. Notes of ginger, camphorous cedar, and a bright lift of lemon zest are carried by underlying vanilla.
Finish: Long & Friendly. A lingering, warm conclusion described as a "Friendly Canadian cinnamon hug"; The spice notes persist beautifully.

"As we didn’t purchase this barrel direct from the distillery, we’re not using their name on the label.
