Barrell Craft Spirits have decided to create a less limited Rye and Bourbon under the name Stellum. The Bourbon is bottled at a very respectable 57.49% and is a blend of Bourbon casks sourced from distilleries in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. The barrels of whiskey used to create the Stellum Bourbon are purported to be between 4 to 16 Years old.
Barrell Craft Spirits is an independent bottler and do not have their own distillery, but they have made quite the name for itself by releasing some great Bourbon, Rye, and American Whiskey over the past few years.

This special 10 Year Old Barbados rum was distilled at West Indies Rum Distillery. It spent 4 years aging in Bourbon casks followed by a further 5 and a half years of maturation in Cognac Ferrand Casks. It was then finished for 4 months in ex-Oloroso Sherry Casks. This is specifically from Cask number 16, which is bottled at 49.3%.

The Musician is a Bourbon made by Still Austin Whiskey Co from a mash of 100% Texas-grown grain. The exact mash bill for The Musician Bourbon is 70% White Corn, 25% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley. The whiskey was matured as is typical, using heavily charred virgin oak casks.
This is the cask strength version of the regular Still Austin Texas Bourbon, aged for at least two years. It is bottled at 58% ABV.
Still Austin Distillery resides in Austin, Texas, and was founded in 2015. What sets Still Austin apart from other craft distilleries is its 42-foot tall column still dubbed Nancy, which was crafted by Forsyth's of Scotland.
