"Wheated Bourbon has long been known for its elegance and length on the palate.
We build our version with at least 60% of our own double post distilled wheated bourbon, aged two years in our unique warehouse.
45% Abv
We blend it with a hand selected number of 7 year old barrels of Wheated bourbon from Wyoming. We place our focus on the balance between grain and barrel with an emphasis on malty , fruity, and baking spice characteristics. Deep vanilla, coconut, caramel and dried fruit make the Wheater an excellent choice neat or in a cocktail.
Lot 40 Rye Whisky

Lot 40 was the brainchild of Mike Booth at Hiram Walker. Mike wanted to pay homage to his family's distilling heritage, and so named this 100% rye grain Canadian whisky for the plot of land where his family set up their distillery. The mashbill consists of both malted and unmalted rye. It is a recreation of a legendary Canadian Whisky Guild whisky.

"Lot No. 40 is crafted in small batches using 100% rye grain in a single copper pot still. This concentrates the spicy rye notes, while retaining the fruity and floral notes from fermentation. The whisky is then aged in virgin white oak barrels to bring forth notes of vanilla, caramel and toffee, resulting in a complex and bold whisky."

Lindores Abbey, now in ruins, is the site of the first reference to whisk(e)y. What exactly constituted whisky, or aqua vitae in the late 1400s is hard to ascertain, but it almost certainly involved the addition of botanicals and possibly fruit. Lindores Abbey Distillery's Aqua Vitaeis is an homage to this proto-whisky. This product is bottled at 40% and is made to be sipped neat or enjoyed with ginger ale.

"The earliest Aqua Vitae was made at Lindores as long ago as 1494, and we’ve authentically recreated that recipe and reimagined it as an inquisitively versatile spirit. Today, our own spirit is distilled in pot stills and then infused with a blend of spices and herbs, including cleavers, and sweet cicely, which grow in our gardens, amidst the grounds of the ancient Abbey. "Nectarosity contains casks that we’ve been experimenting with for the last seven years. These casks are special American oak barrels that are deployed twice. First to impart sweet spice to grain spirit for one year, which finishes maturing in other casks; this becomes our parcel of grain whisky from The Girvan Distillery in the composition. Once 'prepared', the barrels age malt whisky from The Clynelish Distillery, bringing grilled apples, nutmeg and maple syrup to the party. We take these two characterful whiskies, blending them with select others to really dial up the juicy fruit and vibrant toffee notes."
