Grosset Springvale Riesling
$69.99
In the early 1980s, Jeffrey embarked on his winemaking journey in Clare Valley, South Australia, but not in the conventional way. While others followed established paths, Jeffrey chose experimentation and innovation, guided by that foundational principle: it starts with place. His unconventional approach meant questioning everything, from vineyard practices to the smallest details of winemaking. Today these wines are regarded as some of the finest examples of the riesling grape on the planet.
Moss Wood Amy's Cuvee Blanc
$42.99
Margaret River is one of the world's best producers of Semillon and the blend with Sauvignon Blanc is magical. The nose displays aromas of leafy, grassy Sauvignon Blanc, mixed with more generous notes of fig and honey from the Semillon. Underneath all this primary grape aroma is a distinct apricot note, which the winery puts down to just a touch of noble rot in the fruit, as well as some complexity from Semillon’s lanolin character. The palate is medium bodied and the fresh fruit emphasis is highlighted by crisp acidity and a soft finish. If you adore well-made white wine, this is for you!
Moss wood is a family-owned wine company and one of the pioneers for the Margaret River region. Their original plantings date back to 1969 with their first wines being made in 1973. Since then, Margaret River has definitely made a name for itself as a well-recognized region in Australia with the wine's popularity consistently increasing.
Ardnahoe Chairman's Selection 6 Year
$212.99
Producer Description
"Ardnahoe Chairman’s Selection is a one-off, limited-edition Islay single malt created to the personal specifications of the distillery’s late founder and chairman, Stewart Laing. The most heavily peated Ardnahoe released to date, it stands as a deeply personal tribute to Stewart and the whisky he envisioned for the distillery.
"Drawing upon selected older casks of heavily peated Ardnahoe spirit, this six-year-old whisky was matured predominantly in first-fill sherry casks. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 60.2% ABV without artificial colouring or chill filtration, it presents a powerful expression of Ardnahoe’s character while retaining the balance, complexity and elegance that define the distillery.
"Produced in limited quantities, each bottle is presented in an individual gift box containing a personal letter from Stewart, offering collectors a unique insight into this significant release."
Establishment Speak Through Shadows
$14.29
From the Brewery,
"Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut and Macadamia Nuts - 15.3% ABV
The season's first imperial stout is darkness made decadent, an elevated, opulent Bounty bar reborn in the abyss. It weaves together stouts aged in bourbon barrels sourced from the prestigious Willett Family Estate, 1792, and Buffalo Trace, layered with mountains of house-toasted macadamia and coconut, which deepen into caramel, bourbon, coffee, dark fruit, and oak. This indulgent, luscious elixir is an unearthly meditation, meant to be sipped slowly and shared. Darkness descends. Accept its warm embrace.
Black Fox Mystrelle Whisky
$55.99
We don't often see whisky liqueurs at a reasonable alcohol level, but this new bottling from Saskatchewan's Black Fox Distillery sounds intriguing!
47.8%
Producer Description
"A refined whisky liqueur where honeyed warmth meets foraged chanterelles, aromatic herbs, and dark spice. Born from the marriage of aged whisky and wild golden chanterelles, Mystrelle captures the essence of terroir in liquid form — earthy, elegant, and entirely unexpected. The mushrooms impart a subtle umami complexity, while carefully selected botanicals and warming spices create a bridge between the spirit’s natural richness and the wild character of the forest floor. Silken and lingering, it unfolds slowly on the palate, revealing layers of wood, gentle sweetness, and savoury depth.
Each sip offers both familiarity and discovery, making it a choice for those who seek sophistication with an adventurous edge. A bold reimagining that proves luxury lives where craft meets the untamed."
