"Red Vermouth of Torino
Inspired by the ancient recipe of 1854, Anselmo Vermouth is reborn in a contemporary key. The value of the natural ingredients, artisanal production and citrus notes make it ideal for smooth drinking and the preparation of unique and historic cocktails such as MiTo, Americano and Negroni.
Anselmo is recognisable by its balance of flavours and complexity. A true Turin’s Vermouth."
Poli Vermouth Rosso
$42.99
From the Producer,
"Gran Bassano Rosso is a vermouth based on Merlot, red wine from French grape variety cultivated since the end of the 19th century in the DOC area of which the city of Bassano is part.
Merlot is particularly appreciated for its pleasant fruity notes. The unique aromatic structure of Gran Bassano Rosso is the result of a masterly infusion of over twenty botanicals, among which stand out – the holy thistle and the yarrow moscata, characteristic plants from Bassano area, as well as rhubarb, vanilla, pimento, ginger and liquorice. Excellent as an aperitif to enjoy on the rocks and in classic cocktails."
Poli Vermouth Gran Bassano Bianco
$42.99
From the Producer,
" Gran Bassano Bianco is a vermouth based on Vespaiolo, white wine from native grapes of the DOC of which the city of Bassano is part. Vespaiolo features characteristic floral scents that attracts the wasps (vespa), from which it was named.
The original aromatic identity of Gran Bassano Bianco is due to a balanced infusion of over twenty botanicals, among which stand out hawthorn and edlerflower, characteristic plants from Bassano areas as well as grapefruit, galangal, myrtle, sweet and bitter orange.
Perfect as an aperitif to enjoy chilled and straight or in long drinks with ice and tonic water."

Old Islay Bunnahabhain 21 Year
$609.99
55% - 2004 - First Fill Oloroso & PX Butts Finished in a PX Sherry Hogshead
Producer Description
"Our year long Island Hop continues on Islay as we row round the north of the Island to Bunnahabhain. This is a fully sherry-matured Bunnahabhain 2004, aged for 21 years, initially in a combination of first fill, Oloroso and PX butts, then a first fill PX sherry hogshead for the final few years of its maturation. We bottled it with slight reduction at 55%, to bring out the wonderful leathery, coastal and dark fruit characters which abound within this rather tasty wee Bunny. Classical sherried Bunna with plentiful distillery character, alongside all that rich sherried goodness."
Decadent Drams Glenlivet 19 Year
$424.99
Producer Description
"Every now and again, a modern sherry cask just lands exactly where you want it, and this is one of those. A single 1st fill sherry hogshead of Glenlivet 2006, aged for 19 years and bottled with a small, deliberate reduction to our much-loved 57.1%. It’s Glenlivet in full, confident stride, rich, composed and unapologetically sherried, but still letting the distillate keep its footing. It opens deep and plush, figs, prunes, sultanas and strawberry jam, with a background hum of old cigar boxes, cedar and polished wood. The palate gets darker and more textural, mulchy, waxy, packed with tobacco, milk chocolate and dense fruit, with just a flicker of sea salt and mocha to keep things lively. It carries on long and assured, with spices building alongside preserved fruits, walnut oil and a touch of rancio creeping in. Proper, modern sherry cask whisky, done the right way."
Equinox & Solstice Glenlitigious 12 Year
$234.99
Producer Description
"Our 2026 Equinox & Solstice series commences with something peaty, medicinal and pristinely refreshing for Spring: a 10 year old, 2015, peated Ardnamurchan. This was created from a marriage of a peated 1st fill barrel and a peated refill barrel, before being bottled at this series' trademark dramming strength of 48.5%. It's a wonderfully medicinal and mineral example of Ardnamurchan, with brilliantly chiselled peat smoke, seawater, bandages and hints of farmyard. Abundant charisma that, as ever with this series, works in a copita, a tumbler, or a highball. "
Decadent Drams Millstone 11 Year
$239.99
Producer Description
"The fruits of Angus's mission to the Netherlands last year: a frankly ridiculous sherry bomb of Millstone single malt from Zuidam Distillery. This is a proper, old school ex-PX sherry hogshead that matured for 11 years at the distillery before being bottled at natural cask strength. It tastes how it looks: extremely rich, luscious, darkly fruity, drenched in balsamic, syrupy figgy fruits, rancio, old tobacco and some very subtle medicinal impressions. It's a gorgeous dram and a no-brainer for sherry fanatics!
