Blind Enthusiasm Spont. Manifest. Magnum

From Blind Enthusiasm
"6.8% ABV — Spontaneous Manifesto 2022 marks a milestone as The Monolith’s inaugural 100% Spontaneous Fermentation release. Made using historical methods developed in Belgium over generations, this blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels is our quintessential Spontaneous Fermentation blend.
The result of these techniques is a unique product shaped by our local environment and indigenous microflora. It showcases classic stone fruit, apple and citric flavours and aromas with some bright red wine fruitiness, and subtle tannin, highlighted by a balanced acidity. It won Bronze at the World Beer Cup for Belgian Style Sour Ales in 2024. We hope you like it!"

Producer Description
"An exquisite single malt whisky matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, with a subtle inclusion of casks that previously held bourbon. This whisky is inspired by JING's Phoenix Honey Orchid, a complex tea with lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes.
"Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, the whisky has drawn fruity and floral flavours, beautifully balanced by the inclusion of sherry seasoned European oak, which offers a pleasing roasted richness and a touch of astringency. The subtle inclusion of casks that previously held bourbon adds a final sweetness, emulating the dessert wine aromas found in this tea that inspires this single malt."

Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco
$37.99
Throughout the history of Nino Franco, the vineyards were the ones to make the difference, starting with Grave di Stecca, one of the rarest and perhaps the only example of a clos in the area, cultivated as a single vineyard since 1991. An “iconic vineyard”, a symbol of the cultural revolution that allowed Primo Franco to completely bind Prosecco to its territory of origin, plot by plot. Today, Nino Franco directly cultivates three plots in the municipality of Valdobbiadene, stretching for about 4 hectares. An area that resulted from relentless mass selection, the vineyards are vinified separately and cultivated according to specific protocols. The result is a range of «grand cru» Prosecco wines: labels that, season after season, embody the intimate bond of a wine to its chosen terroir. These wines are always a contender for the best Prosecco in the Veneto.
