Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier
$6.59
Nothing refreshes more than this naturally cloudy weissbeer with its wonderfully rich yeasty taste. Goes well with light meals, which are not too strongly flavoured, veal sausage in particular. Founded nearly 1000 years ago as a Benedictine monastery brewery, then becoming the Royal Bavarian State Brewery. The world's oldest existing brewery, it is located in Freising. A unique combination of tradition, custom, and modern science, gives the brewery its incomparable identity and permits it to brew beers of the highest quality. Class, not mass, a description of their corporate philosophy.

Aperol
$32.99
Aperol is an immensely popular Italian aperitif produced in Padua. Its ingredients are, among others, bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona. Although it looks, tastes, and smells much like Campari, it has a higher sugar content and is lower in alcohol. Serve 2 parts Aperol to 3 parts Prosecco. A splash of soda and a sliver of lemon. Bellissimo!
Forty Creek Confederation Oak Reserve
$74.99
"One of the finest Canadian whiskies I have ever tasted. Creamy and seamless from beginning to end. Gently sweet, with orange creamsicle, marzipan, sultana, praline, maple syrup, and a hint of coconut macaroon. Forty Creek whiskies have always been very good, but none have ever had the right stuff to reach classic status. Until now, that is. An outstanding, very distinctive whisky!" 95pts John Hansel Malt Advocate
Sea Cider Pippins
$28.49
Newton Pippin apples give structure to this crisp and aromatic dry sparkling cider. Blended with Island grown apples such as Winter Bananas and Sunsets, the result is an aromatic medley of apricot, marzipan and candied orange peel.
Sea Cider Rumrunner
$27.49
Rumrunner Cider pours a rich gold with a slight amber hue and nice carbonation. The aroma is intense, warm, dark and very cidery. Sea Cider's Rumrunner has the same intensity in flavor as it does in its aromas, yet it is balanced. Nice acidic edge with accompanying flavors of raisin, rum, leather, toffee and even hints of clove on the finish. The aroma is of sweet apples and a bit of that whiskey in there as well, which resulted in a caramel or toffee note. Very tannic in its mouthfeel.
Diplomatico Exclusive Reserve Rum
$63.99
Venezuelan rum! This one's always a hit, thanks to its notes of fruit cake, chocolate and ginger. Made from a blend of copper pot still rums that have been aged for 12 years.
Hansel Meadows Chardonnay
$51.99
The legendary Meadows vineyard lies next to Santa Rosa Creek and is dry-farmed due to the amount of water available deep in the soil for the vines to reach for. The Chardonnay grapes harvested from the plot create bright, fruit-dominant white wine with subtle tropical notes Due to the low yields of the vines, the wine does not become a fruit bomb but one of balance and finesse.
Hansel North Slope Pinot Noir
$68.99
The North and South Slope vineyards of Hansel face each other, side by side, but show very different characteristics despite their proximity. The North Slope's Pinot Noir plantings are from clone 115. Stephen Hansel states "...115 exhibits the most fruit-driven flavors and appears more "New World" then French." This is might be the most expressive of the Pinot range, a lush, plush wine with notes of cherry, cranberry, spice and forest floor. It's a great example of Burgundy meets California, in other words the best of both worlds. The vibrant acidity will allow it to age gracefully for another decade but it's hard to resist right now.
