The Rendezvous Rye from High West is a blend of four to seven-year-old rye with a high rye content in the mash bill. The two components are a 95% Rye from MGP of Indiana and an 80% Rye, 20% Malted Rye from High West Distillery itself. The result is a complex but very drinkable Rye. Bottled at 46% ABV.

This Baltic Porter pours black with shades of brown. Thick and creamy tan head with moderate retention. Aroma is black cherry, wood, coffee, ash and plums. Taste is less coffee-heavy than aroma suggests, but a bit more chocolatey and smokey. Baltic Porters are typically strong, sweet and bottom-fermented. They lack the powerful roast of an imperial stout, but have an intense malt character.

Conti Costanti makes a deep, dark, rich, cellar-worthy style of Brunello di Montalcino that is aged in Slavonian Oak casks 500 litres in size as well as 3000-litre vats. The Costanti Estate vineyards reside 300 to 400 metres above sea level and cover a dozen hectares planted mostly with Sangiovese/Brunello, along with a small amount of more recently planted Merlot and Cabernet.

This noble winter beer is brown in colour with flaming red highlights. Its taste is delicately sweet and liquor-like with a hint of burnt caramel coming from the malt and a prolonged boiling time. It is a very bitter beer with aromas of hops and alcohol, and flavours reminiscent of red fruit brought by the English-type yeast used to ferment it. The aftertaste is accentuated by the wonderful flavour of hops. Solstice d'Hiver is brewed only once a year, and is then aged for 4 to 5 months before being sold. This aging process is necessary to achieve an ideal equilibrium between the sharp bitterness and the other flavours in the beer.
