Another great creation from Tommaso Bussola. This wine is composed of 40% Corvinone (ancient Corvina clone), 40% Rondinella, 15% Molinara and small quantities of other indigenous varietals and is aged for 17 months in oak. Pairings include a meaty lasagna or parmigiano as suggestions.
This is a "ripasso" style Valpolicella that uses the "lees" of Bussola's Recioto instead of the traditional Amarone "lees". This technique gives a richly seductive wine, with terrific concentration and voluptuous texture!

Originally from France but almost forgotten on its home turf, Carmenere has been reinvented in Chile. This big boastful red starts out with aromas of sage, blueberry, and blackberry and toasty oak.
