Gualtieri Lambrusco
$27.99
Gualtieri's Il Ligabue Lambrusco is named for Ligabue — the beloved Emilian painter and outsider artist whose vivid, instinctive work captures the same earthy, exuberant spirit that defines Lambrusco itself. Made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes in Emilia-Romagna, this is the real Lambrusco: not the sweet, mass-produced version that defined the category for decades, but a dry, lively, deeply flavourful sparkling red that belongs on the table with food.
Kronenbourg Blanc
$14.69
From the Brewery
"1664 Blanc 0.0% is a light and refreshing wheat beer with a complex and layered taste profile, elevating any occasion without compromise and making it a perfect partner with food. Its unique flavour comes from the perfect harmony of its two distinct dimensions:
THE PLAYFUL SIDE: A lively, crisp and refreshing wheat beer, bursting with notes of citrus and exotic fruits, and a subtle hint of spice.
THE ELEGANT SIDE: A beautifully delicate arrangement of fine hops varieties with a touch of coriander, and notes of white peach. This complex, yet easy-drinking brew is as recognisable from its taste as it is from its pearlescent golden haze."
True Wild Roper's Hold 20 Year Whisky
$164.99
Batch 1 of Roper's Hold 20-Year-Old has been released by Bryce Parsons and True Wild Distillery. For this batch, the whisky was originally produced at one of the larger distilleries in Southern Alberta. The grain makeup is 90%+ Rye and the rest malted barley - something that the mystery distillery is not typically known for. The whisky has been finished in wine casks sourced from the Okanagan Valley.
Bottled at 47% ABV.
Producer Description
"Our newest (or should we say oldest?) edition of our beloved Roper’s Hold Whisky has been freshly bottled and is ready for you! This beautiful 20 Year Aged Canadian Rye Whisky was originally distilled right here in Alberta, but was later found in New York, and our team was committed to bringing this one-of-a-kind whisky back home. Once these forgotten barrels returned home to Canada, we finished them in beautiful Okanagan wine and custom American oak barrels to give the whisky its distinct colour and flavour profile."

Roland Lavantureux Chablis 375ml
$29.99
This family began their adventure in Chablis as growers but that changed in 1979. Marine and Gervais began to sell the wines from the domaine in “feuilettes” (132-litre barrels, typical of Chablis) in Auxerre and Paris. Roland Lavanurteux was the first to bottle the wines in 1979 and it was at that moment that he gave his name to the domaine. Together with Brigitte, their parents then expanded the domaine from 5 hectares to 20 hectares and continued to develop the business in France and abroad. Since 2010, Arnaud and David have continued to write the domaine’s history with the enlargement of the cellar in 2012 in anticipation of the domaine’s new projects: Taking the reins of another family domaine (created by our maternal grandparents) in Bourgogne Epineul and Bourgogne Tonnerre. The first bottles from the 50+ year old vines were produced in 2020. They have also acquired new parcels in Chablis, notably in Chablis Premier Cru Vau de Vey.
