This 25 Year Old Canadian Whisky comes from Highwood Distillers, which resides in High River, Alberta.
Made from 100% Corn. Matured in medium-charred ex-Bourbon casks since being laid down in 2001. Bottled in 2026 at 45% ABV

"Laid down in 2001. There is only ever as much Highwood 25 as went into the wood that year. When these casks are empty, the next one is another 25 years away."
"Twenty-five years in charred oak in the Alberta foothills. Prairie grain, water off the Rockies, and a quarter century of cold winters and long summers working on the barrel. Deep amber, soft oak spice, and a finish that takes its time. The distillery’s own name on the label, for the first time in fifty years of making whisky for everyone else."
