Made from 100% Corn. Matured in medium-charred ex-Bourbon casks since being laid down in 2001. Bottled in 2026 at 45% ABV

Batch 1 of Roper's Hold 20-Year-Old has been released by Bryce Parsons and True Wild Distillery. For this batch, the whisky was originally produced at one of the larger distilleries in Southern Alberta. The grain makeup is 90%+ Rye and the rest malted barley - something that the mystery distillery is not typically known for. The whisky has been finished in wine casks sourced from the Okanagan Valley.
Bottled at 47% ABV.
