"The ability of Jura’s tiny island community to reimagine and reinvent has allowed our distillery to thrive. Such vision has brought to life this complex single malt - a fitting tribute to our Master Blender’s skill. Thanks to the forestry commission, sawmill and cooperage in France, we use the finest virgin French oak casks to enhance our whisky. Layers of complexity and flavour emerge from a maturation journey that begins in American White Oak ex bourbon casks before a portion of the whisky is split between six different virgin oak casks sourced from across various regions of France. The result is a fruity and spicy whisky with flavours of crème caramel, baked peach and sweet liquorice."

This Limoncello-style Apertif/Liqueur is made from Lemons from Calabria. It is bottled at 30% ABV and shows excellent balance between sweetness and acidity with a fresh yet creamy texture on the palate. There is nothing artifical added to either the colour or flavour.

Orenji is a cheeky little number. A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, hand-harvested from an organic vineyard in Margaret River. Jo let the fruit hang out on skins for six weeks before pressing it and putting it to bed in barrel.
She wants this to be a friendly style of orange wine, not a big, scary, chewy number.
It's something you can knock back without thinking too much about. And if you're keen to get your head around skinsy whites, it's a terrific place to start.
