Delamain XO Cognac Pale & Dry
$164.99
From the dISTILLERY
"Created in 1920 by Jacques and Robert Delamain, Pale & Dry XO directly refers to its diaphanous colour and its lightness. The name embodies a strong bias, unique in the XO category: crafting a cognac without added sugar or colouring, aged in old oak barrels, and thus clearer and less marked by the taste of wood. A century later, Pale & Dry XO remains loyal to this original elegance, which, patiently allows the eaux-de-vie to develop majestic.
An icon of the style of the Maison, Pale & Dry XO is made exclusively from eaux-de-vie of Grande Champagne, matured in 350-litre barrels of old Limousin oak, in our centuries-old cellars on the banks of the Charente, from Vinade to Jarnac. The progressive, meticulous reduction of the cognac’s ABV to 42% allows for the perfect balance between power and natural sweetness, emblematic of the Pale & Dry XO."
Drambuie
$46.99
The origins of Drambuie date back to the 18th and early 19th centuries. After the Battle of Culoden (1746) Prince Charles Edward Stewart took refuge on the Isle of Skye with the Clan McKinnon. Legend has it that, in gratitude for their hospitality, he gave the recipe to the chief. The name comes from the phrase "An Dram Buidheach" which, in Scots Gaelic, means "the drink that satisfies." This scotch whisky liqueur is made from aged malt whisky, heather honey and a secret blend of herbs and spices. The flavour suggests saffron, honey, anise, nutmeg and herbs.
Tanqueray Gin

Key botanicals used to make Tanqueray are juniper, coriander and angelica root. Tanqueray is now made in Cameron Bridge, Scotland.

Courvoisier VSOP
$56.99
One of the world's greatest and best-known Cognacs! Courvoisier was created in the early 1800s by two friends and businessmen who started as traders for the best Cognacs in the region, and then decided to create their own. (Emmanuel Courvoisier was one of those men.) As it has been since the early 1800s, Courvoisier is made in the town of Jarnac, in Charente, France. It was the favourite Cognac of Napoleon Bonaparte - in fact, the place where Courvoisier is made has a museum about Cognac, which also holds a few Napoleon momentos, including a lock of his hair, a hat and coat.
