Feudo Montoni Terre di Elio
$51.99
Feudo Montoni has been producing top-quality wines on its historic grounds since 1469 and is currently overseen by Fabio Sireci, the third generation of a family dedicated to producing the most refined expressions of this long-cultivated terroir. Rosario Sireci purchased the Feudo Montoni estate in the late 1800s upon discovering a wealth of ancient vines, and passed down the property his son. Located in the heart of Sicily and planted in sand and clay, this certified organic winery produces many of Italy’s most celebrated 100% indigenous varietals – Perricone, Nerello Mascalese, Catarratto, Grillo and Inzolia– in addition to the purest expression of Nero d’Avola.
Unico Zelo Pastafarian Sangiovese
$38.99
Brendan arrived in Adelaide in 2010 after working a stint at Veuve Clicquot. A good few years working in retail shops in Brisbane instilled in him a love for wine, and after an extended visit to Champagne, the quixotic desire to make his own wines took hold of him. It was while studying Oenology at the University of Adelaide that he met an Agricultural Science student named Laura. Brendan passed on to Laura that contagious passion for wine we all know so well, and so when she finished her degree, she went to work in the lab at Henschke. Not long after graduating the two of them applied their enormous energy and ambition to start not only Unico Zelo for their wines but also their own distillery, Applewood. From the combination of their love for fruit and their love for spirit,s they are further enabled to make a host of wine and plant-based elixirs ranging from vermouth to amaro to liqueurs. They even have a brand of perfumes called Nømad. These are two people who fully embrace and celebrate the organoleptic buffet nature offers us.
Ol' Beautiful Dark Arts Watermelon Lyche
$19.99
From the Brewery
"Bright, refreshing, and fruit-forward, this kettle-soured ale is a vibrant expression of summer in a glass. Soured with lactobacillus for a clean, tart backbone, it’s then finished on generous additions of watermelon and lychee in secondary fermentation. The result is an aromatic burst of juicy melon, floral lychee, and a zesty citrus tang. Soft acidity complements Soft acidity complements the natural sweetness of the fruit, while a dry finish keeps it crisp and ultra-refreshing. With a light body and a gentle sparkle, this beer is perfect for warm days, adventurous palates, and fans of modern fruited sours."

Fuzz Jam, Peach Sour with Vanilla, 5.5% ABV
Panna Cotta, Sherbert, Fruit Tart.
This riff on Jam Rock is like the mythical, down-home peach cobbler everyone’s proverbial
matriarch makes, but in beer form. The vanilla gives it those pastry vibes you know and love
while the peaches provide a fruity sweetness and slightly tart finish, keeping it light and
refreshing for those warm days under an umbrella, draped on a garden chaise.
