They farm over 30 acres of vines ranging from the North end of Naramata to the Golden Mile in Oliver with the bulk of our vineyards situated on 107 acres in Okanagan Falls. They practice a holistic philosophy in both farming and winemaking, meaning no synthetic inputs and following organic methods. Wines are fermented naturally to capture the expression of each property and vineyard block in it's purest form.

Fueled by a deep passion for Bordeaux-style wine, our founder, Richter Bai, acquired both the renowned Becker Vineyard and Phantom Creek Vineyard, thus laying the cornerstone for the remarkable legacy of Phantom Creek Estates.He built a state-of-the-art spare no expense winery, complete with a heli- pad should you want to fuel the chopper and drop in. From a 11 year old parcel in East Kelowna, this dry Riesling was gradually fermented over six months by indigenous yeasts to bring additional richness and complexity. Their 2022 Riesling is fresh, crisp and floral. Delicate hints of honey and orange peel on the palate and a fine line of elegant acidity that pulls through to the finish.
Consulting white winemaker, Olivier Humbrecht Master of Wine and owner of Zind-Humbrech, oversees the white wine production at this estate.

The Craigellachie 13 Year is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks before 50% of the batch is finished in first fill ex-Sherry casks and 50% is finished in first fill ex-Bourbon casks. The resulting flavourful combination is married together and bottled at 46%.
Part of the Last Great Malts series from Bacardi/Dewar's, this 13yr old along with the rest of the Craigellachie official prime-numbered lineup was introduced in 2014.
