Suntory Whisky Toki
$64.99
This new Japanese blend is crafted crafted from malt whisky distilled at Yamazaki and Hakushu, as well as grain whisky from the Chita distillery. Toki is Japanese for 'time', and is a "is a bridge between the heritage of the House’s Art of Blending and its spirit of innovation."
From the Producer: "Suntory Whisky Toki™ represents the tradition and legacy of the House as it features the quintessential characteristics of a Suntory blend: exquisite balance, harmony, and oneness. It also challenges whisky convention by re-thinking the hierarchy of its components. The selection of Hakushu American White Oak cask malt whisky and Chita heavy-type grain whisky as the blend's two pillars overturns the old relationship between malt and grain and creates a blend that is both groundbreaking and timeless. Overseen by third-generation Master Blender and grandson of the founder, Shingo Torii, and developed by fourth Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo."

Poggio al Sole Chiara Chardonnay Toscana
$31.99
There's not a lot of Chardonnay planted in Tuscany, being a French transplant and all, but this example from one of our favourite Tuscan producers makes you wonder why they don't plant more. While this organic wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, it's kept on the lees for an extended period for added complexity. Expect a lively and fresh white wine that can pair with goat cheese, arugula pizza, salads, or all on its own on a summer day when you need a lift!
Collective Arts Stranger than Fic Porter
$4.49
Collective Arts Brewing is a grassroots craft brewer based in Ontario that aims to fuse the creativity of craft beer with the inspired talents of emerging artists, musicians and filmmakers. Matt Johnston and Bob Russell founded Collective Arts Brewing on two beliefs: The first that creativity fosters creativity. And the second, that creativity yields delicious pints. Stranger Than Fiction is a full-bodied porter with plenty of roast flavours as well as hints of molasses and chocolate. Ridiculous amounts of chocolate and pale ale malts make this porter smooth and creamy.
