Producer Description
"This release marks the first time we’ve matured Port Charlotte spirit in Pomerol casks, and the result is really special. The quality of the oak paired with the versatility of the spirit is remarkable, and the flavour pays homage to both the wine region of the cask and the spirit’s all-inlay maturation. It showcases the harmonious balance between oak, rich fruit and gentle peat smoke – an unforgettable single malt."

About The Producer
"Many great social and technological advances took place during revolutionary Mexico. Don Delfino Gonzalez found this environment as the perfect opportunity to develop his passion for making tequila. It was this passion, that led Don Delfino to bring great progress to the tequila industry without losing the authenticity and value of a real tequila.
We have overcome great challenges along the way, but we've maintained a leading position in the tequila industry for more than 130 years. Just like the world around us, we continue to evolve while preserving the authenticity of our original home tequila since 1886.
Casa San Matías is like one big family. Every person is a unique individual with years of accumulated experiences and valuable background. So when you sit down to taste one of our products, you don't taste factory made but rather a family made tequila with an extraordinary history."

From The Producer
"Superlight on alcohol but packed full of flavour and body, Featherweight gives you a puncher’s chance of being in the ring for another round.
Weighing in at just 2.3% alcohol, it’s a spry little beer that bobs and weaves on the palate with a complex, grain-forward malt profile and powerful notes of stone fruit and spice. Silky on the palate and surprisingly rich for its size, it delivers knockout flavour on a featherweight frame."

"A light and refreshing pale ale infused with bergamot orange, early grey tea leaves and aromas of stone fruits.
One of our favourite aspects of this beer is the flavour profile the Earl Grey tea leaves give, which create a unique light sweetness that makes this beer stand out from the first sip, to the last.
This beer was formally known as Earl’s Ale: new look, new name, same great beer."
