"Our Ethereal series is back at it again with a German influence. We started with a base of 100% @HogarthMalt floor-malted Pilsner, provides the perfect balance without any shenanigans. We chose to keep things simple with a smash recipe and utilizing only German grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh for its noble and floral character. Fermented with our favourite lager yeast low and slow to create an uber crushable profile that keeps you coming back for more."
