Saturated Hoppy Ale
Motueka, Citra, Nelson Sauvin. *Collaboration with Changing Colours Brewing Project (Vancouver, BC)
This banger is a first-of-its-kind brew for The EST, thanks to our pals at Changing Colours Brewing Project. A Saturated Hoppy Ale is akin to a hazy but takes quaffable to the next level, drinking drier with an extra snap, while still absolutely dripping with hops. Our collective conscience landed on a full-throttle mix of @ garstonhops Motueka and Citra, alongside @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin.

From the Brewery
"Our brewer Joerg grew up in Brazil and decided our collective palates needed to meet his take on the Catharina Sour—pride of his home country and unofficial beer of “mais um, por favor.”
This isn’t an acid-bomb punch in the teeth. It’s a highly drinkable fruited sour: bright tangerine tang up front, with a deeper, lush papaya underneath. The team opted for a sweet base beer with a lower carbonation keeps it smooth and creamy. The whole thing lands soft, round, and a little luxurious. It’s Brazilian beach culture by way of Calgary brewhouse: easygoing, colourful, and surprisingly cultured."

True Wild Roper's Hold 20 Year Whisky
$164.99
Batch 1 of Roper's Hold 20-Year-Old has been released by Bryce Parsons and True Wild Distillery. For this batch, the whisky was originally produced at one of the larger distilleries in Southern Alberta. The grain makeup is 90%+ Rye and the rest malted barley - something that the mystery distillery is not typically known for. The whisky has been finished in wine casks sourced from the Okanagan Valley.
Bottled at 47% ABV.
Producer Description
"Our newest (or should we say oldest?) edition of our beloved Roper’s Hold Whisky has been freshly bottled and is ready for you! This beautiful 20 Year Aged Canadian Rye Whisky was originally distilled right here in Alberta, but was later found in New York, and our team was committed to bringing this one-of-a-kind whisky back home. Once these forgotten barrels returned home to Canada, we finished them in beautiful Okanagan wine and custom American oak barrels to give the whisky its distinct colour and flavour profile."
Cabin Tropicoco
$4.99
From Cabin Instagram
"Tropicoco is a popular summer seasonal release from Cabin Brewing Company in Calgary, Alberta. It is a hazy tropical IPA featuring Krush, Citra, and Sabro hops, and brewed with real coconut. The beer offers lush notes of ripe mango, citrus, and a creamy, piña colada-like finish. "
Anohka Moose Hunter Black

Notes from the Bottle;
IN HONOUR OF THOSE WHO ENDURE
Alice Campbell endured - through loss, through winter, through the wild's quiet test of will. Her strength lives on in every drop of Moose Hunter.
Aged 10 years beneath the wide Canadian sky, this deep and complex blend of Alberta whiskies carries the warmth of the hearth and the edge of the untamed North.
In honour of our Scottish roots and Canada's proud whisky tradition, we follow the 9.090% rule- weaving in a young , rich, bready, and fruity single malt, selected by her great-great-grandaughter, Michelle Ranu at Anohka Distillery, to complete the blend. The result is a finish longer than a northern winter's night.
Raise a glass: to the wild, the women, and to the fire that endures.
Tuesday Pale Ale

From the Brewery
"Boom. Here comes the thirst quencher you’re gonna want to drink all day long. Crafted with Citra and Amarillo hops, this F-bomb serves up everything you want from a pale ale and then some. Citrusy, floral, and a wee bit tropical, it balances beautifully with the classic English base malt. Think crushable craft beer with the added bonus of Vitamin C & D. Go forth and conquer."

"Just as Blane saw something special in Andie, Uncommon saw something special in this unique cider combining the flora and fruit flavour of hops and peaches. With notes of citrus, sauvignon blanc grape acidity, lemon curd, and peach sweetness, each sip of Pretty in Peach bring that Pretty in Pink confidence.
Specially fermented in support of women and non-binary individuals in the alcohol making industry. The cider was handcrafted with lots of love, and has tasting notes of white tea, grape acidity, and a floral fuzzy peach sweetness.
