Bottled at 44.1% in 500ml bottles that are individually numbered, 2024 Edition of Bridgeland Distillery's Single Blend Whisky is a marriage of Rye Whisky, Taber Corn Whisky, and Single Malt whisky. All whisky was distilled, aged, and blended by Bridgeland at their Distillery in Calgary, Alberta.

Made from 100% Alberta ingredients, The Wild Life Alberta Botanical Gin is made from locally grown Wheat and Barley and all local botanicals as well. Each batch uses a slightly different recipe based on what the Wild Life team was able to forage.
This 2024 edition includes the following gingredients: Juniper Berries, Yello Yarrow Flower and Leaf, Labrador Tea, Saskatoon Berries, and Organic Ginger. Bottled at 42.1%

"Fruitful Pursuits Plum is a Mixed Fermentation blend refermented on freshly picked plums. For 2022 we used hundreds of kilograms of Damson and President plums grown in the Okanagan and supplied by our good friends Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels referments on the fruit for 2 months resulting in robust plum flavours, subtle baking spice notes, and a beautiful rose colour. This is highlighted by a balanced tart acidity and velvety plum skin tannins. We hope you like it!"

Italian Pilsner
Lemongrass / Dandelions / Flaky Pastry
Only our third Italian pilsner, this one carries the hallmarks of a classic: a doughy, cracker-like malt backbone, a delicate grassy and floral hop flair, with a lickity-crisp, lemon spritz finish. Far from cliché, we deployed experimental hop variety HBC 1134 this time around, elevating this brew to the highest levels of consciousness. It’s easy-drinking but still makes you think, the perfect companion to a great slice of ‘za, or just laying in the grass, wondering why you named your dog after a carb."
