We bring exclusive spirits to Hamburg, Germany’s “Gateway to the World,” then dealcoholize and refine them and send them out, non-alcoholic, to bars everywhere. For everyone who loves a great drink, UNDONE brings the taste of the world to you - entirely non-alcoholic

Therianthropy Cabernet Franc
$43.99
Therianthropy is the mythical process of shapeshifting, which is another way to view turning nature into wine. Therianthropy Wines is a small collaborative garagiste project launched in Creemore Hills in Niagara, Ontario, in late 2019, with David Eiberg as winemaker. The group of wine industry veterans source grapes from sustainable, organically farmed vineyards across Ontario for an adventurous set of low-intervention wines. All the ferments are natural, they don’t employ fining or filtration, and there are low to no sulphur additions throughout. They also finish their bottles with recyclable plant-based composite corks, and top with an organic beeswax button.

West Coast Pilsner
*Collaboration with Long Hop Brewing (Calgary, AB)
WC Pils is another style we love to riff on because there are literally endless possibilities with endless hop combos! Teaming up with our Aussie mega homie Jared, we trialled at least nine different dry-hop combos until we ended at the deadly combo of Strata and our hand-selected Mosaic. The brew pops with fresh strawberry, cherry, and candy, with subtle floral notes and a hint of pine. It’s everything you want from a WC Pils - light, crisp, refreshing, snappy af, and at under five, you can have a few without worrying about them
Establishment Face To Face 4pk
$23.49
From the Brewery,
Face to Face is a 3.5% low-ABV small hazy IPA brewed by The Establishment Brewing Company in Collaboration with Eighty-Eight Brewing (Calgary, AB)
Our annual collab with ultra-pals at Eighty-Eight Brewing Co. is back, and of course, we went the distance with our shared love of a few small beers. Crafting a low-ABV hazy ain't easy, which meant we dug deep with some amazing next-level hop tech. Mosaic Cryo and Citra Quantum, in addition to Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka gave us maximum flavour without the usual hefty percentage. Fresh-picked white peaches and luscious cake batter ripples through our signature silky-smooth finish. It’s all the decadence you expect, zero compromise.
Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Merlot 2022
$69.99
The big, bold 2022 vintage of the Ribbon Vale Merlot consists of 86% Merlot and 7% each of Cab Sauv and Cab Franc. The wine was matured in 228 litre French Oak Barrels (21% new) for a total of 26 months before bottling.
This Merlot is from Moss Wood's second vineyard called Ribbon Vale. They purchased the vineyard in March 2000. The vineyard was already in production, but it did offer a new challenge for Moss Wood in that they had never worked with Merlot before, and it ended up being quite different from the other grapes they were used to. Since then, they have focused on vineyard management and the way they produce the wine, and it's evolved into something special.
