Pra Soave Otto
$36.99
The best wines grown near the little town of Soave, just east of Verona, are some of Italy’s most interesting: vivid, fresh, flavorful, and capable of aging in the bottle. They are made of indigenous grape varieties grown in volcanic soils (this last being very rare in northern Italy). There are very few producers, however, at this peak of quality; Graziano Prà is one of them. He makes a range of Soaves, from the Otto, a brisk, distinctive wine that is a great introduction to the appellation, to the Staforte, Monte Grande and Colle Sant’Antonio bottlings, all different and distinctive. Graziano Prà is one of Italy’s best white wine producers.

Boann Marsala Cask Irish Whiskey
$97.99
From the Distillery
"Initially matured in ex-Bourbon Barrels from the famed Brown Forman of Kentucky and made from American Oak 200ltr (Quercus Alba) with a heavy charring.
We filled these casks with a mixed mash bill Single Pot Still distillate which included malted barley, unmalted barley, oats and rye. All of these grains are Irish and grown locally.
In collaboration with the famous Marsala house, Cantine de Vinci, we sourced a selection of Superiore and Fine Marsala Butts made from (Quercus Petraea) French oak.
We filled these beautiful casks with our bourbon matured Single Pot Still which has a real American Oak backbone of vanilla and honey and then layered on top are the characteristics of the French Oak spice and juicy citrus notes from the Marsala wine.
The label design is representing the Irish local barley that we use in our mash bills. There is also a reference to the cornflower which is also the colour of the text on the label.

Magellan Fruit Defendu Rouge Box 3L

The name comes from a very old plot of Cinsault which at the time was a grape variety a little despised:their neighboring winemakers advised them to tear it out. But they had a crush on the wines she produced, with incomparable finesse and fruit. The name Fruit Defended fits perfectly with this wine by the intense expression of fruit but it also means for us the defense of this grape variety then endangered.
