Boutique-y Rum Signature Blend
$49.99
Bottled at 42% this no age statement blended rum is composed of Martinican Rum, unaged Jamaican Rum and 4 year old Jamaican Rum.
Producer Description
"A predominantly unaged blend of funky rums from Jamaica and fresh, fruity Rhums from Martinique. The blend includes an aged marque from Jamaica, which lends body. This blend is vibrant, bright and characterful, with clear grassy notes from the unaged Martinique rum, and characteristic funk and body from the Jamaican component. No age statement."
About The Label
"Created by Jim’ll Paint It, the label represents the blending of two different styles of rum to become greater than the sum of their parts. Two liquids pour in from the top and spread out into a zig zag pattern incorporating a wider range of colours. The white snake represents Martinique, taken from the flag. The Lignum Vitae represents Jamaica, as it is the country’s national flower."

Boutique-y 10th Annv Calvados 21 Year
$459.99
A very rare and usual Calvados bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Co. for their 10th Birthday. 21 years old and 41.5%.
Producer Description
"We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to That Boutique-y Brandy/Calvados Company with this 21 Year Old Calvados. This is a particularly intriguing Calvados from Christian Drouin. The story for this one begins at the very end of the year 2000, when the spirit was distilled. Distilled under Appellation Calvados Pays D’Auge Contrôlée, meaning the ciders may contain a maximum of 30% perry pears, and pot still distillation is mandatory. A sherry cask full of the spirit was sent over to Bristol for maturation (similar to how some Cognac is "early landed"). This is a real treat for any Calvados aficionado, one of only eight ‘'early landed' casks ever to be produced. Since that time, laws have changed meaning Calvados can no longer be aged outside of Normandy - so this sort of thing will not happen again, making these bottles extremely rare!"
About the Label
"Our label, designed in-house, designer Toby Dowling has a number of stories tied up in it, as you’d expect. The Lionheart is a reference to Coeur de Lion. The distillery has the trademark for spirits, but a little while back, that budget Camembert brand issued them a cease and desist so they don't use it any more. The route is the route the cask took, Ms Sherry Wood is obvious, and, the stamp shows the cows grazing beneath the high-trunk apple trees they have."
Boutique-y Rum Foursquare 13 Year
$129.99
Producer Note: "This is our sixth release from the consistently Award-Winning Foursquare Distillery in Barbados - a producer that really is on trend right now - highly regarded, and highly collectable. A Single Blended Rum (to quote the Gargano Classification): literally a blend of pot still and column still marques produced at the distillery, pre-blended before maturation. A split maturation of at source in Barbados, and in the UK, this bottling at 50.5% ABV is super easy to drink, the softest one to date - a real treat - and one that will surely be finished in no time at all."
