The Mezcal Los Siete Misterios family was born in 2010 after a trip taken by its founders, where the passion, traditions and culture of Mexican roots inspired this spirit that seeks to revive the past and integrate it with the present.
Los Siete Misterios is a family made up of Us, the Mezcal Masters and the Oaxacan communities that work together to provide the best we have; love and dedication synthesized in Mezcal.
ASSEMBLIES - This bottling - Little Sword / Little Mexican
Originally, Mezcal was produced by blending mature agave plants found in the fields. Master Mezcaleros selected the agave plants, and even if they were different varieties, they carried out the entire production process.
Ensambles is our version of those original mezcals, offering greater complexity and blending the flavors of the Espadín Maguey with wild varieties such as: Barril, Mexicano, Tepeztate, Tobalá, Coyote, Arroqueño and a special edition of four Agaves."
G4 Reposado Tequila
$86.99
From the Distillery;
"From the highlands of Jalisco, G4 Reposado is a testament to four generations of Camarena craftsmanship, aged six months in used bourbon barrels to achieve a seamless balance of agave purity and refined oak character.
Master Distiller Felipe Camarena produces this Los Altos tequila at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesus Maria, Jalisco, where estate-grown agaves are slow-roasted in stone ovens for 22 hours, crushed using a handmade metal tahona dubbed "Felipestein," and twice-distilled in copper pot stills. A signature 50/50 blend of harvested rainwater and natural spring water ties every batch to its highland terroir.
G4 Reposado shines in a classic Tequila Old Fashioned, where the bourbon barrel aging echoes the cocktail's oak and vanilla notes, and holds its own beautifully in a well-crafted Paloma alongside fresh grapefruit.
Best enjoyed neat or on a single large ice cube to let the agave character breathe; this reposado is made from highland Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco.

Depth Charge Spiced Rum
$43.99
How do you take down a Kraken? With a Depth Charge! The Depth Charge Spiced Rum is a dark spiced rum from the fine folks at That Boutique-y Rum Company / That Boutique-y Whisky Company. 40% ABV.
From The Producer
"Depth Charge Spiced Rum packs a big, powerful flavour profile, having been made with a fantastic base of Caribbean rum, a selection of tasty spices and generous helpings of lime and mandarin at its core. The name comes from an ancient seafaring tale, where there was once a formidable sailor who encountered a fierce mythological sea monster, which defeated it comprehensively. But then, something appeared to challenge the sea monster - it was Depth Charge! Or at least, some version of that story. You can see what they did there. Anyway, expect this expression to be great served simply over ice with a good wedge of lime, and it should pair brilliantly with all those classic rum mixers we know and love"
